Ingredients

  • Chamomile – 0.8 oz

  • Lemon balm – 1.7 oz

  • Oat straw – 0.8 oz

  • Lavender – 0.4 oz

  • Rose bud – 0.8 oz

  • Spearmint – 1.7 oz

  • Caraway seed – 0.8 oz

  • Ginger root – 0.8 oz

  • Freeze-dried strawberries – 0.2 oz

  • Freeze-dried blueberries – 0.2 oz

  • Honey flavor extract, Natural – 0.5%

Directions

  • Carefully weigh out each herb and add to a large mixing bowl
  • Add the Natural Honey Flavor Tea Extract making sure to mix thoroughly.
  • Add in the freeze dried fruits and mix well again.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 24 hours to allow the extract to infuse.
    Use 2 heaping tsp of Tea mixture with 6-8 oz of water. Steep for 5-6 min or until desired strength.
